35# Cast Steel
Original material reference for high-load trunnion castings.
Ball Mill Spare Parts
Heavy cast-steel mill trunnions machined for bearing contact, load transfer and reliable material passage.

Product overview
A ball mill trunnion carries rotation of the mill cylinder, supports the machine weight and provides a channel for feed or discharge. The original page specifies integrated casting and machining with special attention to the journal that contacts the spherical bearing tile.
AGICO supplies standard and special trunnions from drawings. Casting soundness, neck geometry, journal smoothness and the cylinder connection are controlled to reduce fracture and premature bearing wear.
