Steel cord conveyor belts

General-purpose steel cord belt

The frame material of general-purpose steel cord belt is made of high strength wire rope, which is formed by cold pressing, glue covering and vulcanization process.  
Application: cement plants, coal mines, quarries, power plants, steel mills, etc.  
Tensile strength: 500 ~ 10000N/mm Width: 500 ~ 3200mm.  
Advantages:

1. Galvanized open steel core  
   Galvanized open steel core can meets various special needs. The steel core has high elasticity and low elongation, high impact resistance and high joint efficiency. Galvanized steel wire rope can be tightly bonded with core glue to form a protective layer against rust.
2. Reduce tension stroke  
   The maximum elongation under rated tension is 0.25%, which can reduce the cost of the tensioning system in many applications, making the steel core conveyor belt the first choice in long distance or low elongation conveying occasions.
3. Longer joint life  
   Experiments on dynamic joint testing machine prove that the efficiency of the steel core conveyor belt of AGICO Cement can reach the same service life as the conveyor belt when the load exceeds 50% of the rated strength according to the test method of DIN22131.3.

Anti-tearing steel cord belt

Between the upper cover glue and the core glue (or between the lower cover glue and the core glue) of the ordinary structure wire rope core conveyor belt, add one or two layers of anti-tearing net to prevent foreign bodies from entering or tearing the belt body. Tear mesh can be selected as steel mesh, tear strength can reach 125 ~ 800N/mm, or fabric tear mesh, tear strength is 50 ~ 80N/mm.

Heat resistant belt

1. Excellent performance of heat resistant glue  
   Heat resistant conveyor belt can conduct long-time transportation of the material of temperature of 200℃. The elasticity is stable and the surface rarely crack and harden, which can have a longer service life and reduce the replacement cost.
2. High strength belt structure  
   The synthetic fiber material has a strength of 2000N/mm under high temperature conditions, and has good dimensional stability.
3. Using high temperature resistant materials

Plied textile belts

NN nylon belt

Features: NN canvas (nylon in both longitudinal and transverse direction) is used as the frame of the conveyor belt. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance under the condition of large impact and heavy wear.  
Tensile strength: 80 ~ 3000N/mm Width: 500 ~ 3200mm.

CC cotton belt

Features: The frame of CC belt is cotton canvas (both longitudinal and transverse are cotton or polyester cotton), which is suitable for conveying bulk, granular, and powdery materials and pieces under general conditions or has excellent performance in heat resistant environment. Good fatigue resistance, small elongation, suitable for large slope transport materials.  
Tensile strength: 56 ~ 800N/mm Width: 500 ~ 3200mm.  
Advantages:  
The canvas' structure is woven of polyester-cotton fiber in both meridian and zonal direction, which has low elongation and good adhesion. Deformation of the CC belt rarely occur under the condition of high temperature so that it is suitable for short distance or small amount conveyance.

EP polyester belt

Features: The frame of this kind belt is made of EP canvas (polyester lengthwise, nylon laterally). It has the characteristics of light weight, high modulus, impact resistance, small elongation, good elasticity, good troughs, moisture resistance, moth resistance and so on.  
Tensile strength: 80 ~ 3000N/mm Width: 500 ~ 3200mm

Impact resistance belt

Application: Distribution center, cement factory, coal mine, foundry, quarrying factory, wood pulp and paper, steel mills, wood mills.  
Suitable for: Wood handling and shipping, main conveyor line, roadway transportation, crushing production line, ship unloader, other harsh applications.
