Provide a customizable service

Capacity: calculate the volume of a single bucket according to the handling capacity of the elevator (tons/hour) and the operating speed. Free design drawings will be provided.

Spacing: the spacing of the elevator bucket is usually 1.5~2 times of bucket depth to avoid interference or poor discharge.

Installation method is optional:

Bolt fixing: easy to replace, but need to check the fasteners regularly.

Welding: high strength, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions, but maintenance is inconvenient.

Lower material

Forming

Bending / Rolling: forming the bucket body by hydraulic bending machine or rolling machine.

Stamping and stretching: multi-stage stamping and stretching process is commonly used for deep buckets.

Welding

Arc welding (MIG/TIG): Stainless steel is tig welded to avoid carbonization.

Wear-resistant surfacing: Surfacing wear-resistant layer (e.g. tungsten carbide) on the lip or inner wall of the bucket.

Surface treatment

Sand blasting / shot blasting: to remove oxidized skin and improve coating adhesion.

What is elevator bucket

Elevator bucket(or lift buckets, industrial elevator bucket ) is an important part of bucket elevator, which is used to convey materials from the inlet to the elevator lifting drum of the elevator. Its core function is to lift the materials continuously in vertical or near vertical direction, which is suitable for the transportation of bulk materials.

Material selection of lift buckets

If the lifting materials are corrosive, then you can choose stainless steel; abrasive materials can choose manganese plate and wear-resistant plate material; if there is no special requirements of ordinary materials can be selected carbon steel material.

Carbon steel: economic and durable, suitable for general non-corrosive materials.

Stainless steel (304/316): corrosion-resistant, used for food, chemical or humid environment.

Polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE): lightweight, anti-stick, suitable for food or high hygiene standards.

Wear-resistant steel (e.g. NM400): for highly abrasive materials (e.g. ores, gravel).

Loading of lift buckets 

Lift buckets are a kind of equipment for material storage and conveying, usually used for material storage and conveying in vibrating feeders, screw conveyors, magnetic separators and other equipment. It can effectively control the speed and amount of material flow, prolong the service life of the equipment, improve the production efficiency and ensure the production safety.   
Bucket elevator is loaded at the end, and there are two kinds of loading forms:

Hollowing type

Loading by the bucket in the material hollowing. Hollowing type is mainly used for conveying powdery, granular, small pieces of non-abrasive or semi-abrasive bulk materials. Due to the hollowing out of the material will not produce a lot of resistance, so the bucket elevator bucket is allowed to run at a high speed of 0.8 ~ 2m / s. 

Inflow type

The material flows directly into the bucket elevator bucket. Inflow type is used for conveying large lumps and abrasive materials. The arrangement of its bucket is very dense to prevent the material from scattering between the bucket elevator buckets.
