Maintenance of bearing housings

Bearing house should pay special attention to the following points during use

(1) Use of cooling system for bearing house. When the cooling water of the bearing house is used correctly, it not only prolongs the life of the bearing house, but also improves the production efficiency. The material of the bearing house is generally made of special bearing house steel through various treatments, and the better bearing house steel also has the limit of use such as temperature. When the bearing house is in use, if the mold temperature is too high, cracks will easily appear on the surface of the mold early, and some bearing houses will appear in a large area before the cracks exceed 2000 molds. Even if the bearing house is in the production process, due to the high temperature of the bearing house and the discoloration of the mold core, it reaches above 400 degrees after measurement. This temperature is prone to cracks when the release agent is too cold, and the produced products are also prone to deformation. Strain, sticky mold, etc. Using the cooling water of the bearing house can greatly reduce the use of release agent, and the operator does not use the release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing house. Its advantages are to effectively extend the life of the bearing house, save the die-casting cycle, improve product quality, reduce the occurrence of sticking mold and strain sticking aluminum, and reduce the use of release agent. It can also reduce the loss of ejector pin and core caused by overheating of bearing housing temperature.  

(2) The bearing house must be preheated during the production process to prevent the cold bearing house from suddenly encountering hot metal liquid and causing cracks. For complex bearing houses, blowtorches, liquefied gas, and mold temperature machines with good conditions can be used. Simple bearing housings can be preheated with slow pressure.

(3) Cleaning the parting surface of the bearing house is very troublesome and easy to ignore. The operator uses kerosene to clean the parting surface of the bearing house, which not only prevents the bearing house from being squeezed, but also cleans the release agent residue of the bearing house and the exhaust groove blocked by other dirt, which helps to improve the injection process. The discharge product quality of the gas in the cavity.

(4) When the bearing house is equipped with neutron control, please pay attention to prohibit the signal line between the die-casting machine and the bearing house from having joints. The reason is clear. In daily production, the signal line will not be wet, and the place wrapped by the joint is easy to be damaged. It is short-circuited with the machine tool, and the signal error causes unnecessary losses. Pay attention to waterproof the travel switch.

Safe operation and maintenance procedures

Ⅰ Safe operation  
1. Preparations before starting  
(1) Check whether there is an appropriate amount of lubricating oil in the bearing. 
(2) Check that all fasteners are fully tightened.  
(3) Check whether there is metal or other unbreakable sundries in the body.  
(4) Turn the rotor by hand to see if it is normal. Whether the direction of rotation is correct and whether the hammer collides with other parts.

2. Starting of the crusher  
(1) After inspection, it can be started only after the condition of the machine and transmission parts is proved to be normal.  
(2) If abnormal conditions are found after starting, stop running. It is necessary to find out and eliminate the abnormal situation before restarting the crusher. 
 

Ⅱ Maintenance and use  
1. After the crusher is in normal operation, it can start feeding.  
2. The materials to be crushed must be added evenly and distributed over the entire length of the working part of the rotor. To prevent sudden increase in motor load.  
3. Under normal conditions, the temperature of the bearing should be within 35°C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70°C. If it exceeds 70°C, it should be  
Stop immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.  
4. The pumping work should be stopped before stopping the machine, and the motor can only be turned off after the materials in the crushing chamber are completely crushed. 5. When the amount of vibration suddenly increases, stop the machine immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.  
6. When assembling or replacing the hammer, the balance of the rotor must be kept. 

Ⅲ Lubrication  
1. The roller bearings of this machine should be lubricated cleanly.  
2. Add lubricating oil to the bearing once every eight hours of work, and replace the lubricating oil once a month. Clean oil should be used when changing the oil.Wash the bearing carefully with gasoline or kerosene.
